The challenge was to extend Zillow's values into the lens of home product for new customers outside the traditional Zillow channels. Aligned with Zillow ethos of creating a home where people can thrive, the result was a brand DNA book, a concept retail presence, as well as the prototype of a web platform and a curated experience micro site.

Brand DNA Book

Research that validates the opportunities and market landscape in the home space and ideation on innovations and experiences for the Home brand, led to an extensive, 90-pages brand DNA book that conceptualizes the Zillow Home brand visually and strategically.
